Frank Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American actor, who is best known for his role in the Scooby-Doo franchise as Freddy (as well as the title character after Don Messick passed away). He is also well known for his roles in Transformers, Aladdin, Goof Troop, Quest For Camelot, The Lion King and Superman: The Animated Series. Welker is also famed for providing the vocal effects for several animals and creatures in an array of animated TV shows, films and video games.
Frank provides the sound effects for several animals in The Wild Thornberrys.
He also voiced Mox in "Rumble in the Jungle".
