The gazelle is a species of antelope. It primarily inhabits the grasslands of Africa, but also inhabits the grasslands and deserts of Western, Southern, Eastern and Central Asia. The gazelle is a good runner, making it adapted to life on the plains. Its predators in Africa include lions and cheetahs, and in Asia it is eagles and jackals.
